There are many legal excellent service companies out there to provide you with the professional service you are looking for. At the same, there are many companies who operate illegally as well. If you decide to use us for your transportation needs or go with a different company we feel it is best to make sure you know what to look for when deciding on your transportation needs.

1. Ask for proof of insurance. Make sure liability and commercial insurance is current
2. Verify that the company is certified by the Georgia Public Service Commission. All transportation companies must be certified through this agency including limousines, buses, coached and trolleys. If you do not see the company listed on the commission’s website then they are not legal to operate in the state of Georgia.
3. Ask to see the vehicles. Make an appointment to see the vehicles you want to rent. If you are told no then do not use this company.
4. Check the license plate. All most every limo and trolley companies are intrastate carriers. This means they only drive with in the state of Georgia and do not cross state lines. If your vehicle has an out of state plate on it then it is not registered as an intrastate carrier in Georgia. They are illegal.
5. Pricing. If you get a real cut rate on your rental beware. Illegal carriers always try to undercut the rates of those operating legally. If you are getting a price that sounds too good to be true, then it probably is.
