Daily and Specialty Tour Polices
No refunds or exchanges
We expect the following forms of payment
Cash, Travelers Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover
We do not except personal checks
Chidren under 6 years of age ride free. We reserve the right to ask that children under 6 years age sit on laps of parents if seats are needed for other guests,
We are closed on the following days: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
Tour times, routes and stops can change without notice
We are not responsible for changes in tour route, times and stops due to but not limited to:
Traffic conditions, road closures, sporting events, parades, weather, fire, emergencies, special events
We require a minimum 48 hours notice for wheelchair and scooter requests. Accommodations can be made for disabled individuals who utilize mobility equipment including, crutches, wheelchairs, walkers and scooters
We cannot guarantte on and off service at stops for wheelchairs and scooters
The use of cell phones, radios and other such devices is prohibited while tour is in operation
You are required to remain seated at all times when vehicles are in motion
Riders and guests assume all risk and responsibilty when purchasing tickets, riding vehicles and when boarding and disembarking vehicles
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on regular tours
Weapons of any kind are not allowed on vehicles
Dogs and other pets, except those classified as service animals, are not permitted on vehicles
Travel agents, tour operators and members of the press not having made advance arrangements with the Atlanta Trolley Tour Line or the Atlanta CVB are not entitled to a free tour. Please contact us or the CVB directly to arrange a tour.
Charter and Private Tour Policies
We accept the following forms of payment:
Cash, Travelers Checks, Company Checks, Money Orders
Visa, MasterCard, Discover
Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required to secure charter and date and time of agreement.
A date will not be secured with out a deposit.
You may also pay in full.
Payment in Full:
Charter must be paid in 30 days before charter date.
Cancellations:
A charter may be cancelled with refund up to 30 days before charter date.
Cancellation less than 30 days a refund will be prorated.
If you cancel:
On 30th day a refund will be issued minus 25% fee of full charter price
3 Weeks before charter date a refund will be issued minus 50% fee of full charter price
2 weeks before charter date a refund will be issued minus a 75% fee of full charter price
Less than 2 weeks before charter date no refund is available
A credit number must be on file for all charters and private tours. This will be considered a deposit to guard against any damage to vehicles and/or Atlanta Trolley Tour Line, LLC property.
Client is responsible for special cleaning and any damages done to interior and exterior of trolley during the charter or tour caused as a direct result of the party.
No alcohol, smoking, gum, or weapons of any type are allowed on vehicles.
